We’re crowdsourcing a list of resources for entrepreneurs and startups in Tampa Bay.

Tampa Bay, and Florida in general, might not have as many resources for building a startup as we’d like, but I think we have more than we realize. I’ve been in several conversations about the need to start centralizing these resources and Startup Weekend Tampa seemed like the perfect opportunity to jump-start that! With that in mind, I created http://tampa.startupweekend.org/resources/ and version 1.0 of the Google Doc embedded there.

Wowza! SuperConf was awesome! Some great people came from all over the country to speak, sponsor and attend. I had no idea who Zed Shaw was, sat and talked with him for a while. Then found out who he is, and got to see him speak. Very cool!

On the Agenda: SuperConf

Thought I’d let you know I just bought tickets to SuperConf in Miami Beach! It’s one of the coolest looking tech/startup events I’ve seen in FL. It’s two days.

The Gist: SuperConf is where kick-ass new companies launch. SuperConf is where speakers blow your mind, 8 times in one day. SuperConf is the culmination of great speakers, awesome companies, amazing patrons & shots of patron.

Day 1: Pitch event, and the winner will win $5k in cash and another ~$20k in prizes!
